In Los Angeles County, probation officers are responsible for protecting and rehabilitating nearly 500 youths throughout six camps and two juvenile halls. During the past two decades, these facilities (and the thirteen that have been closed) have been riddled with accusations of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, and rape of children by officers and employees. This documentary tells the harrowing story of three women who had the courage to come forward and tell the truth about what really happened in these camps.
